Each housing unit is for either four, eight or twelve residents. A water tub is available for every four of them, together with three levels of 4m by 4m spaces and a bathroom which is always located on ground floor level. Each level has a distinct function i.e. kitchen, sleeping area or common living room. The synthesis of these different spaces in every housing unit around the water tub together with the circulation realm are combined in different ways inside each of the existing buildings’ layout. There are four main levels in which the housing units are located. The upper levels of the buildings are mainly used as terraces.

The structural frame is of steel of 0,2x0,15m elements. In the areas where the tubs are located the metal frame is reinforced on three sides of the tower at its base.
